We have developed 5 exclusive sponsorship/MAECENAS packages.
WHY YOU SHOULD SPONSOR?
Your support will enable us to:
- Offer the highest artistic quality for a season.
- To fund the essential costs for the orchestra: rental costs of the rehearsal room and the concert hall, wages of musicians and artists, audio & sound engineers, audio & video recordings, hotels and travel costs of the artists who are coming from abroad, buying or renting of sheet music, etc.
- To fund essential costs for our non-profit organization: administrative costs, insurance, software, lawyers, maintenance for the website, staff costs, acquiring materials, PC, etc.
- Help finance a unique artistic collaboration between European and Persian musicians, composers and artists. Including a brand new composition.
- Fund new productions and world premieres.
- Offer yourself, your loved ones, your peers and the community around you a unique musical and cultural experience. This is an exclusive ensemble that will bring meaning and prestige to our society. Since we are a luxury ensemble with a unique mission, it will provide an important insight for you and your family about these key issues.

- To fund and release our recordings on internationally recognized streaming platforms, as this will guarantee a worldwide distribution of the album on all major platforms.

1) As a PLATINUM MAECENAS, you can become a major philanthropic supporter, in return for a sponsorship worth 12.000 EURO per session (Ex. SEPT 2022 - JUNE 2023) for one person and 15.000 EURO for up to 2 persons,you will receive the following benefits for one season:

As a PLATINUM MAECENAS, concerning all our general communications (website, posters, flyers, concert programmes, booklets, etc). Your name, or in the case of a couple (2 persons), will be recognized (branding in extra large size) on all promotional material, CD covers and CD booklets for the Euro-Persian Art Organization project/concert or recording CD.
Your name(s) will be visible on all forms of communication leading up to each concert and recital.
Your name(s) will be included in all communications during the concert and recital/event.
[VIP TICKETS]
You will receive up to 50 complimentary VIP tickets in the best location of the concert hall for our concerts, and you may use these 50 VIP tickets at any of our concerts during the same session. Please feel free to bring your friends and family to this unique experience. Free programme booklets included. VIP seats include a personalized welcome.
Option to buy additional tickets at an advantageous rate. A discount on concert and recital tickets (25%). Priority booking when purchasing additional tickets.
[EXTRA BONUS]
For one special performance, we will send four of our best musicians to give you a private concert at a location of your choice.
1 Invitation to an exclusive meeting and lunch attended by the General Director and/or artist(s).
30 autographed CDs.
4 invitations to 4 rehearsals of the ensemble. Exclusive behind the scenes access during the rehearsals session.
After the concert, you can meet the music director, musicians, artists and managers.
Invitation for 30 guests at the CD launch reception and you will receive 30 beverages.
2) As a GOLD MAECENAS, in return for a sponsorship worth 10.000 EURO per session (Ex. SEPT 2022 - JUNE 2023) for one person and 12.000 EURO for up to 2 persons, you will receive a following benefits for one season:

Everything we do is official, as there is a legal contract that needs to be signed between our VZW/ASBL and you, and the amount of money has to be transferred from your personal account to the official bank account of our VZW/ASBL.
As you are actually donating for a good cause and non-profit organization you may have some extra benefit on your tax reduction (you may need to talk about this with a lawyer and accountant).
