- To fund the essential costs for the orchestra: rental costs of the rehearsal room and the concert hall, wages of musicians and artists, audio & sound engineers, audio & video recordings, hotels and travel costs of the artists who are coming from abroad, buying or renting of sheet music, etc.
- To fund essential costs for our non-profit organization: administrative costs, insurance, software, lawyers, maintenance for the website, staff costs, acquiring materials, PC, etc.

1) As a PLATINUM MAECENAS, you can become a major philanthropic supporter, in return for a sponsorship worth 12.000 EURO per session (Ex. SEPT 2022 - JUNE 2023) youR COMPANY will receive the following benefits for one season:

As a PLATINUM MAECENAS, concerning all our general communications (website, posters, flyers, concert programmes, booklets, etc). The name and logo of your company will be recognized (branding in extra large size) on all promotional material, CD covers and CD booklets for the Euro-Persian Art Organization project/concert or recording CD.
The Logo of your company will be visible on all forms of communication leading up to each concert and recital.

Option to buy additional tickets at an advantageous rate. A discount on concert and recital tickets (25%). Priority booking when purchasing additional tickets.

For one special performance, we will send four of our best musicians to give you a private concert at a location of your choice.
1 Invitation to an exclusive meeting and lunch attended by the General Director and/or artist(s).
30 autographed CDs.
4 invitations to 4 rehearsals of the ensemble. Exclusive behind the scenes access during the rehearsals session.
After the concert, you can meet the music director, musicians, artists and managers.

Everything we do is official, as there is a legal contract that needs to be signed between our organization (VZW/ASBL) and your company, and the amount of money has to be transferred from your company to the official bank account of our organization (VZW/ASBL).
In return, you can reduce 100% of the total amount that you are going to transfer to our VZW as a total cost of your company as you are actually promoting your own business!
